Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
-Lead and mentor a team of SQA specialists in auditing projects.
-Conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client requirements.
-Manage project risks, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with project managers.
-Use JIRA to track progress and generate audit reports for senior management.
-Define quality metrics and benchmarks for continuous improvement.
-Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
-Foster collaboration between teams and ensure smooth communication on quality issues.
Skills & Qualifications :
-Proven experience in Senior SQA or Quality Lead roles.
-Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing small teams.
-Expertise in JIRA for project tracking and reporting.
-Deep knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
