Description

Windows service engineer maintains and repair IT systems. Their responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring Applications, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities:

Desktop and Network OS knowledge -Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting.
IT Networks installation and configurations of switches, Wi-fi and switches.
Should have knowledge of Backup s/w s.
Installing & configuring -E-Mailing s/w, Anti-Virus and common layered s/w s.
Actively engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, and relay them to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
Document customer interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

Engineering Diploma/ Degree holders.
2-3 years work experience.
IT Hardware knowledge ( Desktop , Laptops, Servers, Printers , Switches ).
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, English preferred.
Presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
