DevOps Leadership @ Devon Software

• 10+ years experience in delivering and operating large scale highly available distributed systems

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform and Terragrunt

• Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed applications, such as orchestration and containers, and Kubernetes

• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS model infrastructure hosted in AWS

• Experience with Observability (Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, Tracing) best practices and familiarity with one or more open-source projects (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

• Experience with Configuration Management Tools Ansible

• Experience ensuring DevOps pipelines and software development process complies with required security standards (GitOps).

• Exposure to database systems/techniques (RDS, Aurora, Postgre) tuning, monitoring, scaling, backups and archival

• Experience in optimizing the infrastructure cost

• Have experience of collaborating with distributed agile teams to deliver successful initiatives and enhancements

• Experience of partnering with Development teams to support Operational Requirements
