Altura Consulting (P) Ltd is looking for SAP HCM Functional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• Conducting requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their business needs and designing solutions based on those requirementsConfiguring SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements and ensuring the system is properly integrated with other SAP modulesProviding guidance and support to end-users on the use of SAP HCM modules and resolving issues as they ariseConducting system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the system is functioning properlyDeveloping and maintaining documentation of system design, configuration, and user manualsShould have a strong understanding of SAP HCM modules
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
