Job Description
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor.
- To develop annual budgets and forecasts with department heads.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis reports.
- Recommend adjustments to budget allocations as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Develop a strong understanding of our mobile and web development services and their potential applications.
- Effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities.
- Create detailed and persuasive documentation, including proposals, technical specifications, and case studies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for clients.
- Work closely with clients to gather and understand their requirements.
- Translate client requirements into comprehensive technical proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure alignment in messaging and strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
- Support the sales team in the development of winning proposals and bid responses.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales role within the IT industry, with a focus on mobile and web development services.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create clear and compelling technical documentation.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
