Senior Support Engineer

Years of Experience: 3-5 Years

Location:
Noida

Work from Office

RESPONSIBLITES

Should have 3-5 years experience in product support

Technically knowledge on Linux, Docker, Cloud technology like AWS, Database like PGSQL.

Preferred technical certification including Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE, and RHCA strongly preferred

Linux Scripting Knowledge (Bash, Perl, Python any combination)

Handle trouble tickets dealing with hardware and configuration issues

Able to review, understand, and troubleshoot software/hardware related issues

Capable to work under pressure and deadlines

Should be a quick learner

Good Written and Verbal Communication skill

Qualification

Qualification : B.Tech / BCA /MCA
