Role and Responsibilities
Business Development:
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
Sales: Developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue.
Strategic Partnerships: Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and industry influencers.
Proposal Development: Creating and presenting compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiation and Closure: Leading the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring favorable terms.
P&L management for the desired set of client base ensuring timely Documentations, appropriate Record maintenance, Invoicing and Payment collections
Client Servicing:
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
Client Onboarding: Ensuring to Provide support and guidance to new clients during the onboarding process.
Client Communication: Regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs, address concerns.
Problem Solving: Resolving client issues and ensuring timely and effective communication.
Client Feedback: Gathering and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Leadership and Management:
Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of client servicing managers
Performance Management: Setting goals, providing feedback, and evaluating the performance of team members.
Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities to team members.
Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.

Work Location : Mumbai (Work from Office only)
Weekly offs : Saturday and Sunday
