Associate Product Manager

RESPONSIBLITES
- Product Strategy and Vision: Assist in defining product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize product requirements. Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
- Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development process to ensure that product features are implemented as planned. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing input on prioritization and process improvements.
- User Experience: Partner with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on product design and functionality.
- Product Launch and Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies and assist in creating marketing materials to support product launches. Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to promote the product.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance post-launch, using analytics tools to gather data on user behavior and product adoption. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders for ongoing product enhancements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development status and timelines.Foster a collaborative environment by actively seeking feedback and input from team members.
Desired Canidate Should Have
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in product management or product development, preferably in a software-focused environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools (e.g., JIRA, GitLab, etc.)
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
