Essential requirements:

• Excellent verbal and writing Communication skills

• 5+ years of IT Services Business development in international market.

• Hands-on experience of the identification of potential leads, Data mining techniques, bidding platforms and professional networking platforms.

• Ability to train Data intelligence and Business development executive.

• Proven capability of acquiring the clients and managing the project executions through the development team.

• Hi-visibility on LinkedIn and ability to network with the decision-makers.

• Guide, train and motivate the team members.

• Participate in the client calls with the Solution team during the client s time zone.

• Ability to understand IT technologies, requirement gathering interacting with IT development team for the execution.

• B.E. or B. Tech (Computer science / IT) / MCA / MBA
