We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of the company. Your duties will involve a mix of administrative tasks, customer service and office management support.
Key Responsibilities :
Front Desk Management: Receive visitors, handle inquiries, and guide them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional and formally dressed appearance.
Call Handling: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Scheduling Coordination: Manage appointments, meetings and conferences.
Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks like data entry, document management and email correspondence.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and office premises are neat and well-organized.
Visitor Client Assistance: Provide general information about the company and its services.
Mail Courier Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute mail/packages.
Qualification: Graduation/ Diploma in any discipline
Skills:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management or relevant field is a plus.
Professional and positive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
