Job Description
- Candidates applying for this role must be highly comfortable working remotely and be willing to make extra efforts to communicate and engage with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality work
- This position requires complex levels of organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned tasks within the allotted time to do so
- Ideate, conceptualize, and create innovative designs for a variety of projects, programs, and initiatives that will support and elevate Bikhams efforts to scale and grow.
- Conceptualize and create innovative designs for a variety of internal and external projects: PowerPoints, e-books, infographics, digital banner creation, photo cropping/manipulation, email graphics, and web design.
- Work within creative team workflow process and with internal stakeholders for approvals.
- Elevate our visual design system, push forth new ideas, and articulate artistic rationale to support creative concepts and direction.
- Work closely with the Creative team to support other marketing projects and creative initiatives.
- Keeping up with industry trends and recommending new content formats and techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales/HR/Legal) to understand their requirements and deliver on time, every time.
- Develop a solid understanding of the corporate messaging system, brand, products, and target audiences.
- Give and receive feedback generously, while advocating for artistic quality.
- Lead brainstorms with the Marketing Team to develop new ideas.
- Bachelor s degree in Art, Communications, Design, Animation, or applicable field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Professional experience at an agency or in-house creative team.
- A self-starter, someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that can hit the ground running and work within tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication skills with in-house departments, able to ask questions and assist other team members as needed.
- Experience in both digital and print design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Interest in corporate branding and brand design.
- Experience and interest in photography/visual communication are a plus.
- Highly creative, self-motivated, self-sufficient, organized, strong attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to manage several large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Presentation skills and the ability to communicate creative decisions are a must.
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills.
