Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process), you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries or complaints effectively.
  
• Provide accurate information related to products or services.
  
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
  
• Record customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  
• Meet performance targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.).
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and/or regional languages as required).
  
• Good listening skills and customer handling abilities.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum any graduate.
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
