Job Description

  • Bikham Healthcare seeks an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative with at least three years of sales experience in provider enrollment or revenue cycle management
  • As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by calling on providers or practice managers from inbound leads
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of provider enrollment
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and reach out to new provider leads and practice managers through inbound/outbound calls.
  • Present and sell provider enrollment services to potential clients, including the benefits and features of our services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals by effectively managing the sales cycle and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to provider enrollment and revenue cycle management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales metrics regularly.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships with potential clients and stay current on industry news and trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in provider enrollment or revenue cycle management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred but not required
Salary and Incentives:

Bikham Healthcare offers a competitive salary package with a monthly incentive plan based on sales performance. The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and skills.
