Job Description

Looking for MSW HR Freshers from Bangalore (BTM Location)

Registration, amendments, renewals and relevant compliance under various Acts. Factories Act, Shops and establishment Act, Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act,Minimum wages, payment of wages, Gratuity, Bonus, ESI and PF,PT in Pan India Basis. Attending the Inspection under Shop and Establishment, CLRA, ESI, PF & Factories Act & successfully closing the issue by preparing the compliance report if required. Advising and auditing on minimum wages and other mandatory formalities like, display of Factories Act Abstracts, list of Holiday, Working hours etc.
