West: Mumbai, Pune, Indore

Salary: Up to 6 LPA (Based on experience and current CTC)
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience: 2 to 6 years (Only in Agency Insurance Motor Insurance preferred)
Age Limit: 24 to 40 years

*Job Responsibilities*
Recruit, develop and manage a network of motor insurance agents.
Drive business targets through agents and ensure revenue growth.
Train and support agents to improve sales productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
Manage daily operations, performance tracking, and reporting.
Build strong relationships with partners and customers to maintain high service quality.

*Candidate Requirements*
Proven experience (26 years) in agency channel insurance sales Motor Insurance experience is highly preferred.
Strong team handling, recruitment, and development skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Ability to manage field sales activities efficiently.
