Job Description

    Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to drive Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Business Engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing frameworks that enhance employee performance, upskill talent, and foster a positive and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Management: Develop and implement an effective Goal Setting & KPI Framework aligned with business objectives. Drive half-yearly and yearly performance reviews, ensuring transparency and fairness. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for development. Facilitate performance discussions and ensure constructive feedback mechanisms. 2. Learning & Development (L&D): Oversee the induction program to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) to assess skill gaps. Design and execute all L&D initiatives, including refresher training for employees. Focus on building internal talent through structured learning programs, reducing external hiring dependencies. Collaborate with managers to design leadership development and succession planning strategies. 3. Business Engagement & Culture Building: Design and implement Recognition & Rewards (R&R) programs to boost employee morale. Organize Town Halls and employee engagement activities to foster communication and collaboration. Plan and execute Fun at Work initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture. Act as an employee advocate, ensuring engagement strategies align with company values and objectives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 6 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on Performance Management, L&D, and Employee Engagement. Strong understanding of goal setting frameworks (OKRs/KPIs), performance reviews, and training methodologies. Experience in designing and executing employee engagement programs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive HR strategies effectively. Experience in BFSI, Banking or NBFC will be preferred.
