Data Analyst @ Cynosure Corporate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business needs from the U.S. team into data-driven solutions.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and trend discovery to support operations and finance.
• Assist in KPI tracking, business forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Ensure data accuracy and validation of report results.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI and DAX calculations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Solid SQL skills to extract and manipulate data.
• Basic understanding of Python for data analysis or automation is a big plus.
• Familiarity with Excel and data storytelling techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Exposure to finance/insurance data is a plus.
