Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mainframes CICS Admin located in Pune with the option for some work from home. The Mainframes CICS Admin will be responsible for day-to-day administration tasks related to CICS system management, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration of Mainframes systems. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Analytical Skills and Administrative Assistance abilities Finance knowledge is a plus Experience with Mainframe technologies and CICS administration Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Relevant certifications in Mainframes or CICS administration,
