Role & responsibilities
The Chef - Indian Cuisine (South Indian & Continental Breakfast Focus) is responsible for the skillful preparation and presentation of a diverse range of Indian dishes, with a particular emphasis on authentic South Indian breakfast specialties and a high-quality Continental breakfast selection. This role requires a strong culinary background in Indian cuisine, especially South Indian breakfast items, as well as proficiency in preparing standard Continental breakfast fare. The Chef will contribute to menu development, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure efficient and high-quality food production for our guests' breakfast experience.
