Job Description
Job Title : Content Developer
Qualification : Any Graduate and Above
Relevant Experience : 4 to 8 years
Must Have Skills :
1.Proven experience as a Content Developer, E-learning Developer, or in a similar instructional role.
2.Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other e-learning authoring tools.
3.Strong written communication skills and an ability to simplify complex information.
4.Solid understanding of instructional design principles, especially ADDIE and adult learning theory.
5.Experience working with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
6.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or Moodle.
7.Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Design and develop digital learning content including e-learning modules, job aids, infographics, video scripts, and assessments.
2.Convert instructional design documents into interactive and visually engaging learning materials.
3.Collaborate with Instructional Designers and SMEs to understand learning objectives and content requirements.
4.Develop e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
5.Ensure all content aligns with learning objectives, adult learning principles, and accessibility standards.
6.Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, tone, and instructional accuracy.
7.Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
8.Review and update existing content to ensure relevance and alignment with current policies, tools, and practices.
9.Work with LMS administrators to upload and test content functionality.
10.Continuously research industry trends and apply best practices in content development and digital learning.
Location : Bangalore, Pune
CTC Range : 6 to 14 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
