Job Description

Role:

Deliver work as per defined KPIs, maintaining SLA accuracy, quality, and TAT standards while managing workload and business expectations efficiently. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, safeguarding business interests.
Develop a strong understanding of business processes, update work trackers and time tracking tools in real-time, and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Actively participate in team huddles, support key initiatives for process improvements, and promptly escalate any feedback, breaches, or errors to the team manager.
Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, time management, and proficiency in MS Office, along with excellent written and verbal communication.
