Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Involved in Vendor master creation, changes and verification.
• Ensuring proper Invoice accounting of Operating and Capex Expenses.
• Ensuring proper Tax accounting (TDS, GST & Other Taxes) as per applicability and Due dates.
• Responsible for maintaining vendor credit period.
• Maintain up to date record of payable transactions based on PO, invoices, and credit period.
• Preparing payments post verifications and making payments to vendors in consultation with Treasury Head
• Responsible for accounting site related/central/HO related expenses in books, also responsible to approve site related expenses posted by RFCs in system and releasing Payments.
• Scrutiny of Vendor advance account & settle the same in system.
• Assist during statutory audit/Internal audit/Tax assessments.
• Maintaining proper record & Reconciliation of Vendor & General Ledger
• Monthly Report of (internal/ external), as per management requirement
