- Monitor patients vital signs and conditions before, during, and after surgery to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Maintain compliance with sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior nursing staff and assist in their training and development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing interventions and outcomes. Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or equivalent.
- Current nursing registration and license to practice.
- A minimum of 5 years of relvant experience in Operation Theatre
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
