Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Communicating with various service providers like

Custodian, Fund Accountant, R&T Agent for day to day

Back-Office operations. Also, with Trustee and Auditors

for various report submissions.

Generating and sending statement of account and

various reports for investors

Document verification and preparation of forms for on-

boarding HNI / Corporate / NRI investors

Co-ordinating Digital On-boarding process with

investors / Distributors

Verifying KYC data of investors from CVLKRA and CKYC

platforms

Maintenance of records in digital and physical form

Co-ordinating with compliance consultants for PMLA

reports of prospective investors

Preparing data for regulatory reports and filing with

SEBI , Trustees and Auditors.
