Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  
• Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations for ITOM processes.
  
• Conduct discovery assessments to identify gaps in existing systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
  
• Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented solutions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application in an enterprise environment.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university in Any Specialization.
  
• 8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, GRC, and ServiceNow Development.
