Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations for ITOM processes.
Conduct discovery assessments to identify gaps in existing systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application in an enterprise environment.
Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university in Any Specialization.
8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, GRC, and ServiceNow Development.
