Urgent Hiring for Doctor - ( Bangalore ) - At Hospital 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Junior ER Doctor to join our Emergency Department team. The candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient medical care to patients in emergency situations under the guidance of senior doctors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients arriving at the emergency room.
• Stabilize patients and perform minor procedures as required.
• Assist senior doctors in managing trauma, cardiac emergencies, strokes, poisoning, and other acute cases.
• Monitor and manage admitted patients in the ER and ensure timely escalation when required.
• Coordinate with nurses, technicians, and other support staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per hospital protocols.
• Participate in emergency drills, training sessions, and clinical meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBBS from a recognized institution.
• Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or respective state medical council.
• 02 years of clinical experience (freshers with internship in emergency/ICU preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are an advantage.
• Good communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shift-based schedules.

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
• Weekend and holiday duty as per roster
