We are hiring with one of the Leading Chemical Manufacturing Company

 

Designation : Senior Manager - Process
Education : B.E / M.E (Chemical)
Exp : 15-20 yrs exp in Chemical Industry
Job Location : Near Bharuch

Job responsibilities :

• Exposure of batch plant as well as continuous plant
• CAPEX & OPEX preparation of existing as well as new project with timeline
• Exposure of Plant layout and equipment mapping r.t process intensification, energy intensification.
• Exposure of new process development, BFD, PFD & PID Review
• Responsible for Pre-commissioning and commissioning activity of new project
• Exposure of Hydraulic calculations, Pipe sizing for process, vacuum & vapour
• Responsible for plant shutdown and start up activity of DCS automation plant
• Debottleneck and capacity enhancement for the existing products
