    We are Hiring for Zonal Head/Regional Head - Manipal Fintech Pvt.ltd.   About Us:-   Manipal Fintech, a proud part of The Manipal Group, is transforming lending with innovation, security, and excellence. Built on a foundation of trust and powered by cutting-edge technology, we empower individuals and businesses to achieve financial success effortlessly.   Role & responsibilities:-   Sales Strategy & Leadership:-
    • Develop and execute the national sales strategy for DSA, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor the national sales team to achieve sales goals and grow market share.
    • Identify and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to enhance performance across all regions. Monitor the performance of sales teams and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of sales plans.
      Sales Targets & Performance Management:-  
    • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs for all sales teams.
    • Continuously assess team performance, implement corrective actions, and ensure that team members are adequately equipped to meet goals.
    • Track sales performance using key metrics and report regularly on progress and results to senior management.
      Customer Relationship Management:-  
    • Develop strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer engagement strategies and increase brand visibility.
    Collaboration with Other Departments:
    • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.
    • Ensure alignment between DSA operations and other key functions in the company to maximize overall business growth. Key
      Qualifications & Skills:-  
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 8+ years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Extensive experience in managing a large direct sales force (DSA) across multiple regions.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
    • Ability to travel as needed for regional and national sales meetings, client visits, and industry events.
