Budget Management:Develop and maintain the IT budget, ensuring it aligns with the company's evolving needs. Communication:Effectively communicate the company's technology strategy to all stakeholders, including executives, employees, and customers. Trend Monitoring:Stay up-to-date on the latest technological trends and identify opportunities to leverage them for competitive advantage. Security:Ensure the security and integrity of the company's technology infrastructure and data. Vendor Management:Manage relationships with strategic technology vendors and partners. Operational Efficiency:Optimize operational efficiency and ensure the smooth functioning of technology systems.
