Property (LAP), Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), Agri Loans, Construction Finance, Trade
Finance, Textile Funding, Logistics Finance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify, approach, and on-board high-value clients and businesses.

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
Deal Closure & Revenue Generation:
Conduct high-impact business meetings with potential clients.
Present tailored financial solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
Ensure seamless execution of loan applications, documentation, and approvals.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Mentor and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
Set targets, track performance, and provide regular training to enhance productivity.
Drive a high-performance sales culture within the team.
