Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and IT professionals in day-to-day operations and project development.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable websites and applications using modern frameworks and coding languages.
- Review and write clean, well-structured, and efficient code in Java, C++, JavaScript, JSON, HTML/CSS, PHP, Python, and more.
- Manage code repositories, version control (Git), and ensure seamless deployment and rollback practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and operations teams to align technical deliverables.
- Oversee server and database management, and ensure cyber security compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in real-time.
- Prepare system architecture documentation and technical reports.
- Evaluate team performance, assign tasks, and track timeline and productivity.
- Extract accurate and relevant information from Google and other reliable online platforms to assist in creating new campaigns, especially with real-time project details and descriptions.
- Perform data entry and management within internal tools, CRMs, and maintain organized tracking across platforms.
- Handle Excel-related tasks such as maintaining reports, tracking metrics, and using formulas to manage operational data efficiently.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in software development and technical team management.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in web development
- Strong research skills for campaign planning and competitor/project analysis.
- Familiarity with internal business tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize under tight deadlines
