Project Architect (Real Estate Developer) @ Job Search Hiring

Job Description

Were looking for a Project Architect with 3 to 6 years experience to join a reputed real estate development firm based in Andheri East, Mumbai.

This is a client-side role (not a design consultancy), offering exposure to design coordination, site execution, and regulatory approvals across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review working drawings & GFCs

• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, interiors)

• Handle site visits, execution support, and design modifications

• Manage approval drawings, BMC/MCGM documentation, and DCPR compliance

• Liaise with government authorities for NOCs, fire approvals, etc.

Ideal Candidate

• B.Arch with 3 to 6 years experience

• Background in real estate / developer-side projects

• Hands-on with AutoCAD, DCPR/UDCPR, site coordination

• Strong design sense + practical execution skills

• Good communication & team coordination
