Job Description

Job Summary : Oversee all aspects of the Quality from raw materials to finished product, ensuring efficient production, quality standards, and adherence to safety regulations   Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations  Be responsible for product quality and participate in various activities related to quality  Allocate resources effectively Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus Communicate with employees about performance expectations Give useful feedback to employees Recruit, hire and onboard new staff Determine Goal Setting and measure them on a regular basis Ensure smooth daily operations   Behavioral Competencies :
