Responsibilities
Provide technical support for applications and troubleshoot issues reported by users.
Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects.
Document and maintain procedures and technical materials for user reference.
Participate in application deployments and upgrades to improve system functionality.
Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and develop strategies to prevent them.
Assist in user training and onboarding to promote effective application use.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in application support or a similar technical support role.
Strong knowledge of application management and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
Familiarity with programming languages such as NET.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with users and teams.
