This is your launchpad into strategic HR. As an HRBP Trainee, youll work across the full employee lifecyclefrom hiring to performance, engagement to learning. Youll partner with business teams, use data to drive decisions, and help shape a culture where people thrive.
What Youll Learn & Do
Talent Acquisition
- Support end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Learn how to build strong employer branding and deliver a great candidate experience.
Performance Management (PMS)
- Assist in managing performance cycles: goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
- Learn how to use PMS tools and frameworks (OKRs, KPIs) to drive growth.
Employee Engagement
- Help run engagement surveys, culture events, and recognition programs.
- Learn how to turn feedback into action and boost team morale.
Learning & Development (LMS)
- Work with line managers to Identify training needs.
- Enable L&D teams to roll out training via LMS platforms.
- Track learning progress and measure impact on performance.
HR Analytics
- Analyze data on attrition, hiring, performance, and engagement.
- Learn how to present insights that influence business decisions.
Talent Management
- Assist in succession planning, internal mobility, and career pathing.
- Learn how to retain and grow top talent.
HR Tech Exposure
- Get hands-on with tools like SAP, Darwinbox, Disperz
- Learn how digital HR is transforming the employee experience.
