Policybazaar.com is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Service team. As an International and Domestic Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of Policybazaar for our overseas clients. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls..
- Resolve customer queries related to insurance products and services.
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Adhere to internal policies and compliance requirements.
- Record and update customer interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in international and domestic voice process (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
