Job Description

Qualification: MBA With Technical (BE (IT /CE /MCA /B.Tech/Computer Engineering) Graduate background only

Key Skills Needed:

Communication with good English Language (Write/Speak)

Problem Solving Skills

Analytical & Logical Skills

Responsibilities:

Responsible for understanding and analyzing requirements from client and stake holders.

Process user requirement specification

Analysis in the conjunction with development team

Project documentation and Testing

Product implementation & ongoing support

User Training and subsequent issues management if users come across.

Project documentation (i.e. IQ, OQ, PQ, and relevant validation documents)

Provide presentation & demonstration related to specific subject or product.

Increase product awareness using social media, newsletter, whitepaper, webinar etc.

SOP Management, CR Reviews and Quality Management of Products.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues.
