Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals who align with our companys values and performance goals. This role requires strong sourcing skills, a deep understanding of sales roles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Monitor and report on hiring metrics and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably focused on sales or revenue-generating roles.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
