Job Description
- Support Implementation: Assist in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM applications, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand their business processes, and provide guidance on best practices in HCM.
- Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and training materials.
- Testing: Conduct system testing, identify and troubleshoot issues, and work with the team to resolve them.
- User Training: Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support.
- System Upgrades: Stay up-to-date with Oracle Fusion HCM releases and assist in system upgrades and patching.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously expand your knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies through training and certifications.
- Educational Prowess: Ideally educated to B.E/B.Tech (IT, CSE) or MCA, with a stellar academic track record or equivalent.
- Relevant Tenure: Possess a minimum of 3 to 6 months of relevant/IT experience.
- Linguistic Virtuoso: Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Tech Enthusiast: Bring a desire to flourish in the tech industry, with strong RDBMS concepts and SQL skills.
