Overview Project Coordinator (PC) - The PC will be accountable for the transition of internal & customer services including project creation, project admin and and support for Senior PMs. PCs are responsible for delivery of small projects too. As a PC at TNS, you will be responsible for ensuring that new and existing clients have a fantastic delivery experience. Working side by side with TNS technical teams, you will lead the service initiation, provisioning, and acceptance monitoring within contracted agreements (of OCLs). You will work closely with TNS internal teams and third-party providers to facilitate services needed and will be expected to manage the delivery while ensuring accountability and timely installation.
