Role Overview:

The Tele sales Executive at a matrimony company is responsible for selling paid memberships over the phone to clients seeking matrimonial alliances. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining the product features, and delivering value to the customers.

• Experience: Graduate Fresher / 0-5 years of experience in tele sales or a related field.
• Education: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls and follow up on leads assigned.
• Customer Relationship: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and suggesting the right product.
• Product Explanation: Explain product features in detail and guide customers on how to use the packages.
• Customer Support: Address customer issues and grievances to provide a positive customer experience.
• Feedback: Capture insights from customer interactions and share them with the internal team.
• Process Adherence: Strictly adhere to process requirements.
• Sales Skills: Strong telemarketing and selling skills.
• Customer Orientation: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
