Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Global Data acquisition/build/Enrichment via B2B data suppliers or bespoke.

Account and contact profiling/Accuracy check using publicly available data.
Work with cross-functional teams on data Growth/Data Utilization/Performance.
Delivery of Data Health KPIs to prove marketing return on Data investment.
Develop and enhance marketing database accuracy and conversion to improve business efficiency.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and system specific issues.

What you will need for this role:

Preferred candidate profile

7- 10 years of relevant professional work experience.
Experience in enterprise-grade database systems. Ability to write SQL queries to carry out data transformation, data investigations & ad-hoc analysis.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel/Word/PPT etc.).
Any Reporting tool (like Tableau, Power BI) will have added advantages.
Understanding of B2B marketing data management and manipulation.
Fair understanding of marketing platforms like Marketo, Salesforce and other CRM systems.
An analytical and inquisitive approach to B2B marketing data.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills (Verbal & written); ability to provide concise, clear reporting and actionable analysis.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of 3rd party data source like ZoomInfo, Hoovers, Salesintel, Demandbase etc. for data orchestration is highly desirable.
