What we are looking for :We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our agile scrum pod. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with other developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and testing.
Responsibilities:
- Build rapid prototypes for UI Designs, such as Figma or other high-fidelity wireframes.
- Participate in agile scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Design, develop, and maintain software features and capabilities.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Leverage Generative AI Tools for code generation, code review and test automation.
- Work with Quality Assurance leads to implement unit and integration tests leveraging agentic tool to automate regression testing to ensure code quality and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years and proficiency with computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- 3+ years designing and building user interfaces.
- Experience with modern runtimes - .NET Core, Node.js.
- Advanced working knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3, HTML5
- Experience front-end UI Frameworks React, Angular, MUI
- Familiarity with UI Testing Tools and test automation. Expertise in writing unit tests using XUnit / NUnit / MS test with a focus on ensuring high test coverage.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Gitlab, Azure Dev Ops).
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications,
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Development of managed APIs
- React and JavaScript Certification
- Ability to demonstrate a portfolio to work/designs completed
- Experience with Azure Infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
