The Sr. Network Engineer is part of a customer facing team and therefore the candidate must possess strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills while having the ability to articulate highly technical and complex project requirements to both customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities will include :
Support internal and customer delivery projects
Become a SME on supported products and services
Work closely with Project Management team to increase quality of project deliveries to clients.
Provide training, knowledge transfer and ongoing support to TNS Global team
Provide detailed documentation on all projects
Experience :
8+ years of experience in a network environment supporting a global IP network, within Financial Services. Direct experience troubleshooting IP network issues supporting financial markets and applications
Direct experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, and Arista routers and switches in a high bandwidth, and ultra-low latency production environment and developing multiple options to address complex problems
