Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern

Location: AURM Building, 6th Floor, MBP, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)
Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Stipend: 15,000 per month
Opportunity: Performance-based full-time job offer after internship
Mode: Full-time, In-office

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.
  
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  
• Assist in onboarding processes and documentation.
  
• Support campus hiring drives and employer branding activities.
  
• Ensure smooth communication and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business, or related fields.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Familiarity with job portals and MS Office tools.
  
• Willing to work from the Navi Mumbai office full-time.
  

Nice to Have:

• Internship experience in HR or talent acquisition.
  
• Knowledge of ATS/HRMS tools like Zoho, Freshteam, etc.
