Job Title: Machine Learning & Data Science Expert

Location: Mumbai On-site

We are now strengthening our data science capabilities to enhance our platforms intelligence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for classification, recommendation, prediction, and automation tasks across business domains.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to derive actionable insights for operations, sales, and customer experience.
• Develop data pipelines and manage model lifecycle using AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, Glue, EC2, and S3.
• Work closely with product and tech teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Create dashboards and visualization tools to communicate data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions for document parsing and chatbot enhancements (preferred).

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

• **Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Data Science projects.
• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, especially SageMaker, EC2, and S3.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in financial, legal-tech, or compliance domain.
• Knowledge of NLP frameworks and OCR libraries.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools like MLflow, Docker, and Airflow.
