Job Description
We are looking forward to hire SAP Project Manager Professionals in the following areas :
Must have played the role of Service Delivery Manager for at least 10+ years in mid to large SAP AMS engagements.
At least 15+ years of SAP experience
Champion in ITIL processes. ITIL certification preferred.
Good understanding of PMBoK methodology. PMP certification preferred.
Ability to drive innovation and be a change catalyst.
Very good communication, interpersonal skills, and people skills the ability to command respect and influence others.
Good understanding of contractual terms and conditions relevant to AMS engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage Large SAP AMS / ADM Engagements
Monitors Delivery Performance - SLAs, KPIs, trends, and contractual commitments and facilitates corrective/preventive measures
Drive Continual Service Improvements (CSI)
Identify systematic delivery issues and recommend solutions, to improve the quality of delivery and customer satisfaction .Drive Innovation
Report Project Health to the leadership.
Implement best practices in delivery engagement
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and negotiate to get desired outputs
Collaborate with SEPG (QA Team) related to process compliance and standard requirements.
