Bankai Agrifoods, under the Amoya brand, operates as a for-profit organization with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility capable of processing 200,000 liters of milk daily. Situated on a 30-acre property near Baroda, Gujarat, this facility recently completed its first year of producing high-quality dairy products, including ghee, buttermilk, paneer, curd, and yogurt. The flagship product, Amoya Pure Ghee, is crafted to the highest standards of purity and taste, making it a trusted choice

The company aims to create an ecosystem by partnering with farmers and cow farms to produce quality products for the B2B segment while establishing the Amoya brand in the B2C market. Key products include Amoya Pure Ghee and butter, alongside by-products like paneer, flavored milk, curd, and buttermilk.

Job Overview:

We are looking for the ECommerce Sales Executive to support the execution of day-to-day eCommerce operations including product listings, order tracking, promotions, pricing updates, platform coordination, and reporting to ensure smooth functioning of digital sales channels.

KRAs, Brief Descriptions, and Responsibilities

KRA 1: Website Product Listings & Accuracy

Brief: Maintain product listings and content accuracy on the companys ecommerce website.

Upload/update product data (SKU, price, description).

Ensure image compliance and SEO keywords are applied.

Report errors in stock, price, or UI to tech team.

Coordinate with the eCom Manager for go-live timelines.

Audit content regularly to ensure consistency.


KRA 2: Marketplace Listings Management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

Brief: Execute and update product listings across all online marketplaces as per timelines.

Add/edit listings as per marketplace specs.

Upload product images, bullet points, titles, and backend keywords.

Monitor suspended/rejected listings and resolve them.

Ensure uniformity of listings across platforms.

Maintain listing master tracker.


KRA 3: Quick Commerce SKU & Price Updates

Brief: Support real-time inventory/price updates on hyperlocal platforms like BlinkIt, Zepto, etc.

Update stock, pricing, and offers as per SS inventory.

Cross-verify product listing vs portal accuracy.

Upload offers during flash sales and events.

Raise price discrepancy issues to platforms.

Generate and share live-stock mismatch reports.


KRA 4: Order & Returns Coordination

Brief: Assist in smooth daily order and return coordination with platforms and internal teams.

Track orders, cancellations, and returns.

Coordinate with warehouse/SCM for fulfilment clarifications.

Log return issues and ensure ticket closure.

Monitor order rejections and notify manager.

Document issue history and resolution.


KRA 5: Price & Promotion Upload Support

Brief: Ensure timely upload of product prices, discounts, and promotions on all portals.

Upload updated rate files on platforms.

Coordinate with marketing/CSMO for promo details.

Test listing accuracy post update.

Share promo launch confirmation with platform POC.

Flag incorrect offer application or display.


KRA 6: Customer Review Monitoring

Brief: Monitor customer feedback across platforms and ensure timely acknowledgment/resolution.

Respond to reviews (esp. negative) with drafted replies.

Escalate unresolved issues to eCom Manager.

Share weekly review summary with insights.

Suggest product/service improvements based on patterns.

Tag resolved reviews in tracker.


KRA 7: Platform Coordination Support

Brief: Liaison with eCommerce platforms for ticketing, support, and promotional events.

Raise support tickets for listing/visibility issues.

Follow up with category managers.

Document communications and actions taken.

Participate in basic platform vendor meetings.

Ensure SLAs are being met by platform.


KRA 8: eCommerce Report Preparation

Brief: Assist in preparing performance dashboards and reports.

Compile daily, weekly, monthly sales reports.

Maintain Excel/ERP based sales and promo trackers.

Extract data from seller portals.

Generate SKU-wise and platform-wise reports.

Share insights on low-performing SKUs or bounce rates.


KRA 9: Competitor Price Tracking

Brief: Support in weekly price monitoring of key competitors across platforms.

Conduct weekly price check of similar SKUs.

Prepare visual and tabular comparison.

Flag price wars and discounts.

Track visibility placements of competitors.

Maintain historical price trend log.


KRA 10: Digital Asset Upkeep

Brief: Maintain and update image, video, and other digital assets used across platforms.

Ensure every listing has the correct images.

Coordinate with design agency for banner creation.

Tag assets with SKU codes in cloud folders.

Track missing visuals in listings.

Check compliance with marketplace creative specs.


Additional Key Responsibilities:


Assist in platform onboarding for new SKUs or new portals.

Maintain an updated listing & promo calendar.

Ensure stock file mapping between ERP and platform sheets.

Participate in internal team review meetings with prep work.

Help with customer ticket logs from Amazon/Flipkart seller panels.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 3- years of experience in modern sales of premium dairy or food products (FMCG experience preferred).

Additional Information:

Work Environment:

  • 6-day workweek (Monday to Saturday).

Shift:

  • General (9:00 AM 6:00 PM); may vary based on business needs.

Other Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid license and insurance.
  • Passion for supporting local farmers and sustainable practices.
