Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Analytics Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem-solver with a strong command of Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights, build dashboards, and support strategic decision-making through data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead analytics initiatives and deliver actionable insights to support business strategies.
-Design and automate dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for various business units.
-Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
-Develop and maintain Python scripts for predictive modeling, automation, and advanced analytics.
-Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across platforms.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
-Monitor KPIs and track performance against business goals.
-Guide and mentor junior analysts and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
Hands-on experience in Python for data analysis and modeling.
Expertise in Tableau and Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visual reports.
Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
