Role & responsibilities
1. Should be from insurance broking background and having 2+ years experience in agency role background.
2. Sound knowledge of insurance in retail Motor, life & health insurance.
3. Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of Partners/Agents.
4. Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents.
5. Helping Partners/Agents in the sales calls by traveling with them for the same and taking the onus of closure of sales.
6. Conduct continuous agent training program.
